After 5 years as an international recruiter, Cyril Hauchard, the founder, decided to create an agency dedicated to international mobility.
Expat-U was born in 2020 in Lisbon, just before the covid (what a timing). The idea was to respond to a need of candidates, who needed support, but also of companies.
The idea was to make the link between travel and recruitment.
The “U” in English is pronounced “you”.
The beginning of the “U” is a tie, for the professional part, and ends in a plane for the travel part.
The team is composed of expatriates based in Lisbon and Barcelona, united in our passion for international recruitment.
In total, there are about ten people involved in this adventure, which we hope will grow over time.
