Job Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content adheres to our company's standards and community guidelines.
Your role will involve managing and reviewing content from a back-office perspective, with no direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Review: Monitor and assess user submissions to ensure compliance with company policies.
Policy Enforcement: Apply community standards and take necessary actions on content violations.
Issue Management: Handle reports and complaints, resolving issues as needed.
Quality Assessment: Evaluate content quality and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting policy violations and inconsistencies.
Knowledge of Guidelines: Understanding of content moderation rules and community standards.
Communication Skills: Ability to write clear reports and collaborate with internal teams.
