As a Team Manager, you will set clear team goals and motivate your team members. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of work. Your role involves developing strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals. Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and excellent communication are integral to this role. A successful Team Manager should display strong leadership skills and have a solid understanding of performance metrics
