You will interact with customers who are considering terminating their service or contract. They listen to the reasons why customers want to cancel, offer potential solutions, and negotiate different product or service offerings that may better suit their needs. Their goal is to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
