Community manager - Supercell (paid accommodation)

General Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Community Manager for Supecelll.
As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for interacting with their community, creating engaging content, and maintaining a positive online environment. You will manage posts, comments, and interactions while ensuring brand consistency and image.
Main Responsibilities:
Community Management: Interact with users, answer questions, and moderate discussions to maintain a friendly atmosphere.
Content Creation: Develop and publish attractive content across different platforms to drive engagement and foster community loyalty.
Analysis and Reporting: Track publication and interaction performance, analyze data to adjust communication strategies.
Crisis Management: Identify and respond quickly to sensitive situations or negative feedback, making informed and justified decisions.
Internal Collaboration: Work with other teams (marketing, design, product) to align communication actions and promote brand initiatives.
