Main Responsibilities:
Client Assistance: Respond to professional clients\' queries via chat, providing tailored solutions for payment issues, blocked accounts, and non-compliant ads.
Ad Verification: Analyze company advertising campaigns to identify discrepancies with Meta guidelines and advise clients on necessary adjustments.
Escalation Management: Identify and transfer complex cases requiring advanced support or manual intervention.
Internal Collaboration: Work with moderation and billing teams to effectively resolve account and payment issues encountered by client businesses.
Client Education: Inform client companies about best practices and platform policies to prevent future issues.
Objectives:
Quantitative:
- Reduce the number of suspended accounts by proactively supporting businesses.
- Increase B2B client satisfaction by providing quick and effective support.
Qualitative:
- Ensure ad compliance with Meta standards to reduce suspensions.
- Guarantee smooth and professional client support, addressing each request with care.
Training and Support:
You will receive a comprehensive initial training upon arrival, lasting two to four weeks depending on the position. You will then be guided by experienced colleagues, with weekly coaching sessions led by a quality analyst to help you achieve your goals. Junior profiles are encouraged to apply.

The recruitment process

1. Apply

You can do this on our website or by emailing us your CV. Once we’ve analyzed your CV, we’ll get back to you to block a call for a presentation call.

2. Presentation call

An English-speaking recruiter will present our offers in detail. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes, and there’s nothing to prepare before the call. We’ll send you a summary by e-mail with a video presentation and a PDF document.

3. Online tests

We are going to test your mother tongue and English level through writing tests and multiple-choice questions. These tests last a maximum of 50 minutes and must be taken on a computer.

4. Final interview

Standard motivational interview, maximum one hour, by telephone or video. We’ll brief you before the interview to make sure you’ve got every chance on your side.

5. Receive a job offer

48 hours after your interview, the recruiter comes back to you with an offer and a start date.

6. Send documents

You’ll need to send us a list of documents to finalize your recruitment. These documents will enable us to take care of all the administrative formalities for you on site.

7. Time to flight

It’s time to pack, and once you’re there, let the welcome team guide you :)
