General Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Representative to join the Microsoft team. As a specialist in selling technological solutions, you will be responsible for developing and retaining a client portfolio composed of professionals and companies. Your mission will be to promote Microsoft products and services, analyze clients’ needs, and provide tailored solutions to optimize their performance and digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Acquisition: Identify and prospect new B2B clients to expand the client portfolio.
Sales of Microsoft Solutions: Present and sell Microsoft solutions and products (cloud, software, services) according to client needs.
Client Needs Analysis: Listen to, analyze, and understand clients\' specific needs to offer them customized solutions.
Follow-up and Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiation and Closing Sales: Manage the negotiation process, from proposal to contract signing, while optimizing margins and sales conditions.
Reporting and Goal Tracking: Track commercial results, achieve sales targets, and regularly report to management.

- Conversion rate of prospects to clients
Desired Profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the technology solutions sector
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to identify and understand client needs
- Autonomy, results-oriented mindset, and team spirit
- Knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Office 365, Azure, etc.) is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools

The recruitment process

1. Apply

You can do this on our website or by emailing us your CV. Once we’ve analyzed your CV, we’ll get back to you to block a call for a presentation call.

2. Presentation call

An English-speaking recruiter will present our offers in detail. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes, and there’s nothing to prepare before the call. We’ll send you a summary by e-mail with a video presentation and a PDF document.

3. Online tests

We are going to test your mother tongue and English level through writing tests and multiple-choice questions. These tests last a maximum of 50 minutes and must be taken on a computer.

4. Final interview

Standard motivational interview, maximum one hour, by telephone or video. We’ll brief you before the interview to make sure you’ve got every chance on your side.

5. Receive a job offer

48 hours after your interview, the recruiter comes back to you with an offer and a start date.

6. Send documents

You’ll need to send us a list of documents to finalize your recruitment. These documents will enable us to take care of all the administrative formalities for you on site.

7. Time to flight

It’s time to pack, and once you’re there, let the welcome team guide you :)
