General Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Marketing Expert to join our dedicated Spotify team.
Every four months, you will manage a new client portfolio of 300 music artists and professionals, ranging from independent artists to labels.
Your role will be to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by your clients on the platform and provide improvements.
Your advice will focus on musical content creation, audience targeting, optimizing artist profiles, and Spotify-specific promotional techniques.
You will start by managing artists with promotional budgets ranging from €1k to €10k, then from €10k to €100k, and finally with large-scale projects reaching several million euros. Each step takes about a year.
Main Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns on Spotify to achieve visibility and engagement goals.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign results, providing regular performance reports on tracks and playlists.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to enhance content and maximize the return on investment (ROI) of promotional campaigns.
Internal Collaboration: Work with creative and public relations teams to ensure message and promotion consistency.
Audience Research: Conduct research to effectively target relevant audiences for each artist.
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to adjust our campaigns.

Quantitative:
- Increase the number of plays and followers of artists through promotional campaigns.
- Achieve defined visibility goals.
Qualitative:
- Improve the return on investment (ROI) of campaigns.
- Ensure artist and partner satisfaction.
Initial and Ongoing Training:
You will receive comprehensive training upon arrival, lasting two to four weeks depending on the position. After this training, you will work side by side with experienced experts who will support you as you develop your skills. A coach will help you achieve your goals through weekly personalized follow-up. Junior profiles are welcome.

The recruitment process

2. Presentation call

An English-speaking recruiter will present our offers in detail. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes, and there’s nothing to prepare before the call. We’ll send you a summary by e-mail with a video presentation and a PDF document.

3. Online tests

We are going to test your mother tongue and English level through writing tests and multiple-choice questions. These tests last a maximum of 50 minutes and must be taken on a computer.

4. Final interview

Standard motivational interview, maximum one hour, by telephone or video. We’ll brief you before the interview to make sure you’ve got every chance on your side.

5. Receive a job offer

48 hours after your interview, the recruiter comes back to you with an offer and a start date.

6. Send documents

You’ll need to send us a list of documents to finalize your recruitment. These documents will enable us to take care of all the administrative formalities for you on site.

7. Time to flight

It’s time to pack, and once you’re there, let the welcome team guide you :)
