The role

What it is all about

As a Team Manager, you will set clear team goals and motivate your team members. You\'ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of work. Your role involves developing strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals. Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and excellent communication are integral to this role. A successful Team Manager should display strong leadership skills and have a solid understanding of performance metrics

You will join a multicultural team (French, Spanish, Italian, German…) with an average age of 25. Modern offices, a bright open space, a friendly and international atmosphere.

Throughout the year, the company organises events to bring the teams closer together: sports activities, language classes, shared meals and seasonal parties.
