Marketing expert - Meta Ads (paid accommodation)

General Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Marketing Expert to join our team. As a Meta Ads campaign specialist, you will be responsible for a new client portfolio every four months, consisting of 300 companies ranging from sports coaches to e-commerce sites. Your role will involve analyzing campaigns set up by your clients and providing improvements. Your advice will cover message format, targeting, site structure, purchase path, and specific techniques for Meta Ads tools (such as retargeting). You will start by managing clients with ad budgets ranging from €1k to €10k, then from €10k to €100k, and eventually marketing agencies managing millions in marketing budgets. Each step takes about a year.

Main Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to meet performance goals.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing regular performance reports.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to enhance ads and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Internal Collaboration: Work with sales and content teams to ensure message and promotion consistency.

Audience Research: Conduct relevant audience research to effectively target our audience.

Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to adjust our campaigns accordingly.
