Content Moderator - Social media (paid accommodation)

General Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Content Moderator to join our partner within the largest Chinese social network. As a guardian of quality interactions, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful online environment by moderating content posted by users. You will oversee controlling posted videos and live streams. These videos will have already been reviewed by an initial team, and you will ensure they comply with the platform’s standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Content Moderation: Review and evaluate user posts to ensure they comply with platform rules.
Video and Live Control: Verify posted videos and live broadcasts to ensure their compliance and safety.
Problem Resolution: Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content, making informed and justified decisions.
Interaction Follow-up: Document moderation actions and feedback to ensure thorough tracking.
Internal Collaboration: Work with other teams (communication, legal, technical) to handle incidents and improve moderation processes.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and experience-sharing sessions to enhance your skills and moderation effectiveness.

Quantitative:
- Number of contents moderated per day/week
