What Does the Job Involve?
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic customer advisor to strengthen our team for a well-known and prestigious brand. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by helping them resolve their issues via phone, email, and chat.

What Are the Responsibilities?
Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues with empathy, offering tailored solutions.
Interaction Tracking: Document interactions in our management system to ensure proper follow-up.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and feedback sessions to develop your skills.
Customer Loyalty: Provide high-quality service to build trust-based relationships.

What Are the Objectives?
Quantitative:
- Number of customer contacts handled per day/week.
- Compliance with response time targets.
Qualitative:
- Customer satisfaction (ratings and feedback).
- Relevance and effectiveness of the solutions provided.

Initial and Ongoing Training:
You will receive comprehensive training upon arrival, which can last from two to four weeks depending on the position. After this training, you will work side by side with experienced agents who will continue to guide you. A quality analyst will help you reach your goals with weekly personalized coaching. Junior profiles are welcome.

The recruitment process

1. Apply

You can do this on our website or by emailing us your CV. Once we’ve analyzed your CV, we’ll get back to you to block a call for a presentation call.

2. Presentation call

An English-speaking recruiter will present our offers in detail. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes, and there’s nothing to prepare before the call. We’ll send you a summary by e-mail with a video presentation and a PDF document.

3. Online tests

We are going to test your mother tongue and English level through writing tests and multiple-choice questions. These tests last a maximum of 50 minutes and must be taken on a computer.

4. Final interview

Standard motivational interview, maximum one hour, by telephone or video. We’ll brief you before the interview to make sure you’ve got every chance on your side.

5. Receive a job offer

48 hours after your interview, the recruiter comes back to you with an offer and a start date.

6. Send documents

You’ll need to send us a list of documents to finalize your recruitment. These documents will enable us to take care of all the administrative formalities for you on site.

7. Time to flight

It’s time to pack, and once you’re there, let the welcome team guide you :)
