General Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Advisor to join our partner within a renowned brand. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by helping to resolve their issues via phone, email, and chat.

Main Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues with empathy, offering tailored solutions.
Interaction Tracking: Document interactions in our management system to ensure quality follow-up.
Internal Collaboration: Work with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and feedback sessions to develop your skills.
Customer Loyalty: Provide high-quality service to build trust-based relationships.

Position Objectives:
Quantitative:
- Number of clients handled per day/week.
- Adherence to response deadlines.
Qualitative:
- Customer satisfaction (evaluations and feedback).
- Relevance and effectiveness of solutions provided.

Desired Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong listening skills and empathy.
- Proficiency in IT tools and customer management software.

Initial and Ongoing Training:
You will receive comprehensive training upon arrival, lasting from two to four weeks depending on the position. After this training, you will work side by side with experienced agents who will provide additional training. A quality analyst will help you achieve your goals through personalized weekly coaching. Junior profiles are welcome.
