The role

General Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Travel Agent to join Expediar.
As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for providing unforgettable travel experiences to our clients, helping them plan and book their trips (flights and hotels) via phone, email, or chat.
Main Responsibilities:
Client Advice: Provide personalized recommendations on destinations, hotels, and activities.
Reservation Management: Handle booking requests, including rooms, transportation, and additional services.
File Follow-up: Ensure reservation tracking and manage modifications or cancellations.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote our offers.
Market Watch: Stay informed about industry trends and new destinations to provide the best advice to clients.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues quickly.

- Number of bookings processed per month
- Compliance with client response time targets
Qualitative:
- Client satisfaction rate based on feedback and evaluations
- Quality of advice and recommendations provided
Desired Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as a travel agent or in a similar role
