The role

What it is all about

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Marketing Expert to join our team as a specialist in Google Ads campaigns. Every four months, you will take charge of a new portfolio of 300 companies, managing various professionals from personal trainers to e-commerce sites. Your role will involve analyzing the campaigns set up by your clients and providing improvements.
Your advice will cover message formatting, targeting, website structure, customer journey mapping, and specific techniques related to Google Ads tools. You will start managing clients with advertising budgets ranging from €1,000 to €10,000, then from €10,000 to €100,000, and finally with marketing agencies managing millions in marketing budgets. There is typically a one-year period between each level.

Main Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing regular performance reports.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to improve ads and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Internal Collaboration: Work with sales and content teams to ensure message and promotion consistency.
Keyword Research: Conduct relevant keyword research to effectively target our audience.
Competitive Monitoring: Keep an eye on market trends and competitors\' strategies to adjust our campaigns.

Position Objectives:
Quantitative:
- Increase website traffic through advertising campaigns.
- Achieve defined conversion goals.
Qualitative:
- Improve the ROI of campaigns.
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal stakeholders.

Desired Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and advertising platforms.

Initial and Ongoing Training:
You will receive comprehensive training upon arrival, lasting from two to four weeks depending on the position. After this training, you will work side by side with experienced agents who will provide additional training. A quality analyst will help you achieve your goals through personalized weekly coaching. Junior profiles are welcome.
