Who we are
Expat-U is a recruitment agency founded by Cyril Hauchard and based in Lisbon. We work with an international partner, a leader in outsourced customer services, which runs the English speaking support of major brands from its Lisbon offices in Parque das Nações and Entrecampos. Our role is to find, inform and preselect candidates, then hand them over to the employer for a fast interview. The service is completely free for you: we are paid by the employer, never by the candidate. Around 50 positions open per project, day and night shifts, all on site in Lisbon.
How it works
You apply online in about four minutes. If you qualify, you can message a recruiter on WhatsApp right away. You then take a short online test of around twenty questions (about 10 minutes) and have a 30 minute interview with the employer, in English. A start is possible within a week after the interview, at the beginning of the next paid training session. Nothing to pay at any step.
