The role
What it is all about
Overview:
You join the support team of a world-leading generative AI company, whose tools are used every day by millions of people for writing, coding and research. You help consumers and business users get the most out of the platform, in English.
What you will do:
• Help customers with billing and invoicing questions
• Troubleshoot account access issues
• Guide and train customers on the products
• Reply quickly and clearly by email, chat and phone
• Deliver service that meets high quality standards
Schedule:
Night shift: 8 hours a day plus a 1 hour lunch break, 40 hours per week, scheduled between 10pm and 7am, Monday to Sunday, on rotating shifts.
Pay and benefits:
• €1,248 gross per month (base salary, holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly, and meal card included)
• Performance bonus up to €200 per month
• Private health and dental insurance after contract signature
• 22 days of paid holiday per year, Portuguese public holidays apply
• 12 month contract, then a permanent contract after 2 years
Paid training:
15 working days, 8 hours a day, in English, paid €18.56 per day (€92.80 per week) once completed. Your employment contract is signed at the end of the training.
Who can apply:
• You already live in Portugal
• You are an EU citizen, or you hold a valid Portuguese residence permit that allows you to work
• You have your documents in hand (permit already issued, not pending with AIMA)

Modern offices in Parque das Nações, right next to Oriente station (metro, train and bus).
