The role

What it is all about

General presentation:
You support the Swiss customers of an international consumer goods group, answer their requests and ensure a first-class customer experience.

What you will do:
• Handle customer requests by phone and email
• Advise on products and services
• Handle complaints
• Ensure high satisfaction

Work environment:
Lisbon site (Tejo), training and nesting on-site, then hybrid work based on performance, international team.

You will join a multicultural team (French, Spanish, Italian, German…) with an average age of 25. Modern offices, a bright open space, a friendly and international atmosphere.

Throughout the year, the company organises events to bring the teams closer together: sports activities, language classes, shared meals and seasonal parties.
