The role
What it is all about
Overview:
You join the direct sales team of a leading online community platform, where millions of people gather around shared interests. You help businesses advertise on the platform and grow with it. Depending on your profile and the needs of the project, you start as Sales Development Representative, Client Partner or Account Manager.
What you will do:
• Prospect and qualify new B2B advertisers through outbound calls, email and social outreach
• Support the onboarding and activation of new advertisers
• Build tailored advertising proposals aligned with the goals of each brand
• Manage a portfolio of clients and optimise their campaigns
• Build strong, long term relationships with advertisers
• Hit your KPIs and campaign ROI goals
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, 8 hours a day plus a 1 hour lunch break, 40 hours per week.
Pay and benefits:
• €1,248 gross per month (base salary, holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly, and meal card included)
• Monthly commission up to €2,000 depending on your results (team median over the last 6 months: €847)
• Private health and dental insurance after contract signature
• 22 days of paid holiday per year, Portuguese public holidays apply
• 12 month contract, then a permanent contract after 2 years
Paid training:
15 working days in English, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, paid €18.56 per day (€92.80 per week) once completed, followed by 5 days of hands on work with support from your trainer and team leads. Your employment contract is signed at the end of the training.

✅ Results driven, with strong communication skills
