The role

What it is all about

Overview:
You are the first point of contact for customers of a world leader in medical devices, providing support by phone, email and chat in Italian and English with a high degree of empathy.

What you will do:
• Provide clear product information and troubleshoot device and app connectivity
• Guide customers through the effective use of their medical devices
• Document all interactions in the CRM system
• Manage complaints and product returns
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams

A young, international team

You will join a multicultural team (French, Spanish, Italian, German…) with an average age of 25. Modern offices, a bright open space, a friendly and international atmosphere.

Throughout the year, the company organises events to bring the teams closer together: sports activities, language classes, shared meals and seasonal parties.
