The role

What it is all about

General presentation:
You answer incoming calls from French-speaking customers of a European hotel chain and support them with their bookings, maximizing every sales opportunity.

What you will do:
• Handle incoming booking requests
• Advise on hotel offers and services
• Close bookings and upsells
• Reach sales targets

Work environment:
Offices in Lisbon, hospitality sales team, results-oriented atmosphere, bonuses on targets.

You will join a multicultural team (French, Spanish, Italian, German…) with an average age of 25. Modern offices, a bright open space, a friendly and international atmosphere.

Throughout the year, the company organises events to bring the teams closer together: sports activities, language classes, shared meals and seasonal parties.
